This is the Digital Disaster Response System for Methodist Health in Henderson, Kentucky. This site is for web-enabled communications during emergency events. During an actual incident the disaster action plan or important directives will appear on this page. Though this site is for emergency responders, public informational links are available on the left of this page.

DOCTOR'S ALERT I&II    (Staff follow the 3 steps below)

STEP 1.
ALL PATIENT CARE UNITS must report their current patient census, bed availability, and current staffing by clicking the link below:

STEP 2.
ALL UNITS must monitor and report any significant conditions or needs using the "LIVE ACTION LOG" system. If a log is in progress for the current event, PLEASE DO NOT START A NEW TOPIC. Access the log by clicking the link below:

STEP 3.    (E.R. only) (Patient Influx)
For any multi-casualty event, submit a Patient Tracking form for EACH patient. To access this form click the link below:

IMPORTANT TIP: 
When using or monitoring the LIVE ACTION LOG screen, it is VERY important to click the "Show all messages for this topic" link at the top of the screen every 2 or 3 minutes. This will immediately update the log and bring up everyone else's messages. This log does NOT update itself automatically like many chat rooms. If you don't click this link, you may miss out on important information!

Contact Command Center if additional clerical staff is needed to process Patient Tracking Forms. 

 REMEMBER: THESE FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ADDITION TO ANY ROUTINE INFO ENTERED INTO MEDITECH. Do not enter patient info onto LIVE ACTION LOG page.

The rights restricted areas of this site can only be accessed by authorized personnel.
